Responding with Intention
In complex, fast-moving environments, leadership effectiveness depends less on having the right answer and more on responding well in the moment. This workshop series helps leaders recognize internal signals, interrupt automatic reactions, and respond with intention — preserving judgment, credibility, and influence when reactions might otherwise take over.

1.
Awareness Before Action
Participants learn to notice physical and emotional signs of activation, interrupt automatic narratives, and create space before responding.
2.
Create Space
There are many ways to create space between a stimulus and response. In this second workshop we introduce practices to create physical, emotional and mental space so we can increase the possibility that we can interrupt our reactive tendencies.
3.
Respond Intentionally
Once we create space, we can be more intentional about how we respond. In this third workshop, we will proactively identify responses aligned with our cares and what is appropriate for the situation.
